By means of Resolution 273/2025, published in the Official Gazette on December 29, 2025, the Secretariat for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Entrepreneurs, and the Knowledge Economy, under the Ministry of Economy, introduced amendments to the “General Rules of the Mutual Guarantee Company System” approved by Resolution 21/2021 and its amendments.
