Through General Resolution 1074/2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on 07/10/2025, the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission simplified the current regulations on financial trusts that have automatic authorization of frequent issuances so that those who access such regime may choose different alternatives for the implementation of prospectus supplements at the time of each issuance. This resolution is preceded by General Resolution 1063/2025, which created two new regimes for the processing and authorization of automatic public offerings of financial trusts.
