Through General Resolution No. 1092, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on November 28, 2025, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) established a maximum percentage of participation in stock market collateral of 20% of the net assets of Open-Ended Money Market Mutual Funds.
