Through General Resolution No. 1117, published in the Official Gazette on March 6, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) amended the Regulations (N.T. 2013, as amended) with the aim of relaxing the conditions for accessing the public offering regime with automatic authorization for securities with low or medium impact.
