On March 27, 2026, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1121/2026, establishing the requirement to prepare a Single Fact Sheet for open-end mutual funds, except those intended exclusively for Qualified Investors, with the aim of standardizing information and improving transparency for investors.
