By means of General Resolution No. 1088, dated October 22, 2025, and published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on October 24, 2025, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) ordered the total replacement of Title XX of the CNV Rules (“Private Offerings of Negotiable Securities”).
