Nicolás Baglieri is an associate in our Labour Law Area. He joined the firm in 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an in-house lawyer for a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) group, focusing on aspects of labor, corporate, and tax law. He also practiced independently in private, labor, and family law cases.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (2015). In 2020, he completed a Diploma in Individual Labor Relations (UNTREF), and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor Law and International Labor Relations at UNTREF.

Recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 2025 in the area of Labour & Employment.

He was an ad honorem teaching assistant in the Professional Practice course at the University of Buenos Aires from 2016 to 2019, in the course led by Dr. Ricardo Soria Díaz.
