Carlos Mariano Trotz joined O’Farrell in 1993 and is a lawyer member of the Labor Law Department.
His practice focuses on settling labor disputes, whether individual or collective, labor proceedings, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labor unions and labor counseling in mergers and acquisitions proceedings.
He advises companies related to automotive, power, gas, insurance, retail, pharmaceutical and health industry.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 1991.
