On November 14, 2025, General Resolution No. 1090/2025 was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic of the National Securities Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, which reorganizes the regulations on individually issued negotiable securities that are publicly offered and tradable on markets authorized by the CNV.
This General Resolution shall enter into force on February 2, 2026.
