On January 21, 2026, the National Securities Commission (CNV) issued General Resolution No. 1104/2026, initiating the Participatory Rulemaking Procedure to incorporate a new Section XIV into Chapter V of Title II of the CNV Rules (N.T. 2013 AND MOD.), establishing a specific framework applicable to the change in the public offering regime by issuers.
