Francisco is a lawyer specializing in legal advice to companies with a focus on Corporate Law. He joined Allonca Legal and Business Consulting in 2018, having previously worked for other law firms, notably Nicholson & Cano (2014-2018).

Law degree from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (2015).

In 2019, he graduated from the Specialisation in Legal Advice to Companies programme at the same university.

He recently completed the “MicroMaster’s Degree in Corporate Law: Theory and Practice” offered by the School of Law and Social and Political Sciences of the University of the Nordeste.

He has also participated in various conferences and training courses on corporate law.
