The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) issued Resolution No. 173/2026 (RESOL-2026-173-APN-ANAC#MEC), published in the Official Gazette on March 26, 2026, regulating the provision and manner of public and essential air navigation services during labor actions.
The measure is based on the provisions of Article 2 of Law 27,161, Article 24 of Law 25,877, as amended by Law 27,802, and on ANAC’s regulatory powers as the national aviation authority.
