On March 11, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1119, which, in response to the need to adapt current regulations to prevailing market conditions, amended the Rules to provide greater flexibility for issuers registered as Frequent Issuers regarding the deadlines for the disclosure and initial placement of negotiable securities, while maintaining safeguards regarding information for the investing public.
