By means of General Resolution No. 1094, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on December 11, 2025, the National Securities Commission incorporated a new mandatory reporting regime on financial liabilities and loan or securities lending agreements applicable to Settlement and Clearing Agents.
