By means of General Resolution No. 1087, dated October 22, 2025, and published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on October 23, 2025, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) ordered the extension of the digital representation regime for negotiable securities with automatic public offering authorization that was incorporated by CNV General Resolution No. 1069 and subsequently extended by CNV General Resolution No. 1081.
