On September 4, 2025, the National Securities Commission issued General Resolution No. 1083/2025, which modifies the requirements for Automatic Public Offerings of shares by exempting issuers under the General Regime from the requirements for a differentiated panel and limitations on qualified investors. This new Resolution further simplifies the procedures established for the Automatic Authorization Regimes for Low and Medium Impact Public Offerings of Shares provided for in General Resolutions No. 1072/2025 and No. 1075/2025.
