Lorena Quiroz has been the Lawyer in charge of the Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Department since 2012.
Ms. Quiroz has extensive experience counselling leading companies in Consumer Protection and Fair Trade matters. Her practice focuses on the control and tracking of matters at local level, drafting of writings and reports, advice in recall matters, and negotiation of pending administrative claims.
She is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (2009).
She took post-graduate courses, including the “Consumer Rights” Diploma course at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales in 2016, and the “In-Depth Program in Consumer Rights” at Universidad Austral in 2015, among others.
She participated in the VII International Forum on Consumer Protection of the COMPAL Program of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Mendoza, September 2017, and the G20 Consumer Summit.
